The house is Victorian built in 1860, retaining many features and characteristics of the period. Though all modern facilities and amenities are included.
 
The bedrooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, containing excellent wardrobe space, large bed, kneehole desk, television and Virgin Broadband internet at no extra charge. Facilities for faxing are also available. All this at a very affordable price which makes the experience even sweeter.
 
You will be eating the breakfast of your choice at a time that suits you in a large, well equipped kitchen/diner. In the evening, dinner will be served in the dining room/lounge where you can relax at any time.
 
Large cellars provide space for a Games Room, including a 7ft pub Pool Table, Bench Press, Table Football, Darts, Table Tennis and of course Music.
 
As with the latest national ‘No Smoking’ Law, the rules obviously apply everywhere in my house. The house is in line with all the safety regulations and it is checked annually (fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, etc…) The telephone can be used at anytime as long as a phone card is used.
 
There is parking space with security lighting in a courtyard at the back of the property and a garden for barbeques at the front of the house.
